Short goals are more readily achievable than one large goal. When you walk towards a destination you take many small steps to get there,you don’t do it in one big leap. Approach weight loss with the same attitude and it will give you a much bigger chance of success.
Everybody would like to have a toned, fit and muscular physique. However there is a big space between wanting and having. You can want all you like but it won’t get you where you want to be. Only by doing something about it, will you achieve your goal.

It seems that there is no end in site. I have to say that even knowing what I know, I was still tempted by the ad. Could it be true? Well, perhaps it is, perhaps it is not.
