If you’re like most people, then you often feel like you’re spending far too much time and emotional energy having certain conversations with certain people.

Imagine how many years we could add to our lives if we could reclaim all the time we’ve wasted on those pointless, meaningless, destructive, repetitious, mind-blowingly-frustrating, mind-numbingly-boring, too-many-to-remember conversations we’ve all had.

You know the ones.
Quite often they’re with the same people.
About the same issues.
Or similar.

And invariably we end up with the same result; frustration, conflict, anger, tears, drama or some combination thereof.
No joy, no solution, no agreement, no mutual understanding or respect.
And less time and productivity in our day.

Setting Personal Goals With Your Meditation

Set realistic goals for yourself, make sure you do not venture into a unrealist la la land. But set really realistic goals so that you can accomplish your number one mission.

When you begin creating goals you can start your meditation practices often to get into your goals and when you start to see that your dreams will make you happy, make them come true by developing new skills a to make it happen for you.

As you start to go into your inner part of your brain, try to remember additional details or ideas from your life, schooling, jobs, and look closely at what steps you have to take to improve on that satisfies your personal soul.

Your personal life goals, beliefs and attitudes, and career and relationship decisions are results of your genes and the conditioning by society. Would you be the same person you are now, if you were born to an impoverished family in African Ghana?

Your conditioning would be for another lifestyle, not North American; your culture
would not encourage higher education nor a career dedicated to personal wealth.
