He was a mountain of a man. He stood over 6 feet tall and had hands like hams. He could easily carry a lot of weight, but not the weight he was bearing. Let’s call him Frank, it’s not his real name, but this is the real story of one of my hypnosis clients who lost 125 pounds and kept it off.
