Short goals are more readily achievable than one large goal. When you walk towards a destination you take many small steps to get there,you don’t do it in one big leap. Approach weight loss with the same attitude and it will give you a much bigger chance of success.
Everybody would like to have a toned, fit and muscular physique. However there is a big space between wanting and having. You can want all you like but it won’t get you where you want to be. Only by doing something about it, will you achieve your goal.
