4) Conditioner helps to repair split ends.

No conditioner has been proven to repair any form of damaged hair. What it does is smooth down the cuticle to make the hair seem in better condition. A good conditioner can prevent long term damage if used properly.

5) Blow drying will cause hair loss.

Blow drying excessively will damage, burn and dry any hair. This will definitely can cause it to fall out. However the hair will grow back in a short time. Therefore, this is not considered permanent hair loss.

6) Sleeping with wet hair will cause fungus on your scalp.

Scalp or fungal diseases is not developed from sleeping with a wet scalp. Scalp infections require previous involvement with infected sources. Scalp fungus mainly affects small children with weakened immune systems. This will make them more susceptible to literally any type of skin infection.
