High Blood Pressure And You

Because the pendulum of clock beats away without missing a beat does not mean that the clock is telling the right time and the same goes for the drugs we tend to take for High Blood pressure. Are they really doing us any good?
Some people are fortunate and do not take High Blood pressure tablets and it is also a fact that there are many people out there that don’t even know they have problems in that direction.
Why do we need to keep taking these types of tablets when the side affects can cause more problems than not taking them at all? Now at this point I should say that in general the Medical profession does a great job and I’d be the first to hold up my hand saying that we would be lost without them and that certain cardiovascular surgery techniques have saved thousands of lives in the last decade or so.
During my own research into Alternative medicine the question is often asked about the drugs that are supplied by our Doctors and why do we take drugs that can cause more damage to the body when safer methods are available? Is this something we should be asking our Government? Perhaps it’s because the major Drug companies have a financial say in the running of our Medical profession and that the only way we keep taking their drugs is because the Doctor’s are obliged to prescribe them almost as thou they are part of a Drug Baron cartel.
If anyone does take tablets for High Blood pressure I would urge them to look around the Internet and see what other forms of medications there are available but please note I am not saying that the patient should stop taking their prescribed medication as their life could depend on it. Then by seeing what else is available the patient can then slowly wean themselves onto safer medications and when you see that a lot of these products and e-book
Next time you open a packet of High Blood pressure tablets from the Chemist please read carefully the side affects and you will find that the reading will shock you and if you’ve ever known anyone who has suffered from these you will understand what I’m saying.
