Singing always seems to lift my spirits. Even on dark days in winter it seems my happiness soars when I sing out loud.
To begin with I sang in the bath. I sang little snippets of opera pretending to be a watery Paganini or a sexy Madonna. I soon progressed to singing while I did the housework or the dreaded ironing.
It was when I had an eco clothes drying system installed that my singing really took off. As my clothes and home laundry dried naturally my happiness seemed to soar beyond all previous levels. So too did my singing and my feelings of being simply on top of the world.
